Getting to SPIN Italy office
Directions to our office in Frascati.
Access and reception
The entrance is in the building where the Coffee Panta Rei and Unipol Sai are located. It is on the ground floor; access to the building requires ringing the interphone. The office is located in interior 4U, the second door on the right of the corridor.
Visitors should report to the SPiN office on the ground floor, second door to the right.If required, SPiN staff will support access to the parking area and welcome you to the building.
Arriving by air
From Rome Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino International Airport (FCO)
Fiumicino Airport is approximately 45 km from Frascati and can be reached by train or taxi.
From Rome G.B. Pastine International Airport (CIA) Ciampino Airport is approximately 15 km from Frascati and is accessible by train and taxi.
Arriving by car
Frascati is well connected to the Italian highway network by the A1 Roma-Napoli (north-south) and via a number of roads, in particular Via Tuscolana and Via Enrico Fermi.
If you’re arriving from the A1, take exit Monte Porzio Catone A1dir/E821. Follow for Frascati and Via di Santa Croce 5.
If you’re arriving from downtown Rome, take the Grande Raccordo Anulare/A90/E80 and exit 21-22 to A90/E80. Drive to Via Vittorio Ragusa, Via di Grotte Portella and Via Enrico Fermi to Frascati.
Parking
Visitor free parking is widely available on the street. If all parking spots are taken, please call (+39 )0621703967 and SPiN staff will assist you.
Arriving by taxi
Taxis are widely available both at main train stations and airport arrival terminals.
Typical journey time to SPiN is 50 minutes from Fiumicino Airport and 25 minutes from Ciampino Airport, depending on traffic.
To get to SPiN from the Rome Termini train station, the average ride is 40 minutes, depending on traffic.
Arriving by train
SPiN is in Frascati: the town is served by two lines of the Italian Railway (Trenitalia). Trains for Frascati and Tor Vergata stations leave at one-hour intervals from Rome Termini station.
Destination: Frascati Central
The train to Frascati arrives directly in the Frascati city centre and is the most practical connection if you plan to stay in town. From here you can take a taxi to SPiN in Piazza Roma or by calling the taxi landline (+39)0687377.
Destination: Tor Vergata station (the closest to SPiN)
To go straight to SPiN from Rome Termini Central Station, the most convenient lines stopping at Tor Vergata station are:
- trains to Frosinone
- trains to Cassino
- trains to Roccasecca
- trains to Colleferro
The ride is about 18 minutes and the one-way ticket can be purchased at the vending machine for about € 2.00.
Please note that Tor Vergata station is 1.6 km from SPiN, about a 20 minutes up-hill walk.
As the Tor Vergata station is far away from the Frascati city centre, you are not advised to use this train station if you are planning to visit downtown Frascati.
